•    Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
•    Optimize sourcing, production, and distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

•    Coordinate with the procurement team to source vendor and purchase products on time
•    Monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks related to quality, lead times, and compliance.

•    Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
•    Manage raw material planning and ensure timely availability to avoid production delays.
•    Implement lean manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory practices where applicable.

•    Oversee inventory control strategies to minimize excess and obsolete stock.
•    Ensure proper warehousing practices, space utilization, and safety compliance.
•    Use ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting.

•    Manage delivery plan and monitor the distribution schedules 
•    Evaluate and improve logistics service providers and transportation routes.
•    Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or retail points with minimal disruptions.

•    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
•    Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
•    Implement risk management strategies to address disruptions in the supply chain.
 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•    8–12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing and trading industries.
•    Proven leadership and team management experience.
•    Strong understanding of global sourcing, logistics, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
•    Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
