Job Description

  • Define and drive strategic improvement roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Lead process diagnostics, gap analysis, and root cause identification
  • Deploy Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve performance
  • Drive key initiatives in warehouse, transport, and value-added operations
  • Build and track operational dashboards and KPI frameworks for performance transparency
  • Lead pilot projects for automation, digitalization, or system upgrades
  • Engage and train staff on CI tools and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Benchmark internal performance against industry peers and best practiceswa
  • Govern CI governance model including cadence, governance forums, and reporting
  • Support business case development for strategic investments or transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Project Management (PMP), or similar frameworks are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations strategy, or process improvement roles.
  • Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives across warehouse, transport, and end-to-end logistics environments
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point..)
  • Ability to understand, speak and write in English.
