- Set strategic goals for Student Affairs department to support the achievement of school goals and guidingstatements- Lead the Student Affairs Department to achieve the set goal- Report achievement to the Head of School.- Ensure organization school events and participate in the school marketing activities, fundraising events orother activities to promote student sense of belongings, school reputation and public image.- Lead and support the student affairs department in their days to days- Ensure good keep record of student grades, report cards, transcripts, behavioral records or any other recordsin compliance with the requirements from Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and school requirements.- Develop and implement a system to evaluate the success of school programs and activities based on data ofstudent learning outcomes from internal assessments and external assessment as well as data from studentand parent surveys and feedback.
- Liaise with Front Office department to ensure parents receiving quality information about their child learningand well-being- Liaise with Front Office department to receive timely parent feedback to improve their child learning andwell-being as well as school programs and services- Coordinate and support other department heads to achieve common school goals- Coordinate with school counselor and other relevant staff members to ensure student safety and that theyreceive support from student affairs supervisors in their days to days
- Conduct regular facility inspection and report safety hazard and concern to the operations department andhealth and safety committee for timely intervention- Take active role in various committees such as child protection and health and safety- Ensure safe supervision during school hours especially during break times, PE, lunches and extra school hoursclasses/activities- Conduct students and parents' surveys and analyze data to improve parent and student satisfaction of schoolprogram

Job Requirements
• Hold Bachelor’s degree/ Master Degree of Education or TESOL, or related field;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in education field is preferred;• Willing to advance career path with international school;• Experience in international school is a plus;• Experience in managing a team is a plus;• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result;• Desire to learn and overcome new challenges;• Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, responsible, and very good team work;• Willing to work with diversified international team.
