Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Supervises and coordinates payroll activities for the entire store, Manage overall general affair functions and office administration such as office supply, stationary, uniform, HR documentary. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunity for promotion and employee benefits. Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations. Provide terminated employees with outplacement or relocation assistance. Investigate and report on industrial accidents for social security insurance carriers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversees procedures and processes and manages inquiries and requests related to preparation and distribution of payroll.
  • Processes payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Prepare NSSF and other document
  • Prepare list of movement staff to the insurance company on time
  • Controlling staff’s leave and attendance management
  • Prepare monthly Staff movement report
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • 3 years’ experiences in payroll or/and Personnel Administration or HR-related field
  • Proficient with payroll system
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
