1. HR Administrative Support

  • Assist in daily HR administrative tasks
  • Organize and maintain employee records and files
  • Support documentation and data entry                                                                                                                                                     

2. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job advertisements and screening CVs
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees                                                                                                                          

3. Employee Data Management

  • Update HR systems and databases
  • Maintain accurate employee information
  • Assist in preparing HR reports (headcount, attendance, etc.)                                                                                                               

4. HR Operations Support

  • Help track attendance, leave, and staff records
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts and letters
  • Support payroll preparation (basic data collection)                                                                                                                            

5. Employee Engagement

  • Support HR activities, events, and internal communications
  • Assist in organizing training or staff programs
  • Help promote positive workplace culture                                                                                                                                                

6. Learning & Development

  • Participate in HR training and mentoring programs
  • Learn HR processes, policies, and labor regulations
  • Develop skills in communication, coordination, and organization

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in HR and people management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
