Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HR staff and daily operations, ensuring timely execution of HR activities.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for local and regional roles, including interviewing and coordination.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking stakeholders, clients, or headquarters.
  • Monitor employee relations issues and support conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Oversee payroll processing, leave tracking, and other HR admin functions.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, audits, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and facilitate training programs.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
