Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Provide HR input to the business plan of the Automotive and control the HR components of this plan on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure that HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
  • Manage all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and administration.
  • Manage the HR operation based on a detailed and up-to-date understanding of local labour law.
  • To manage & implement the recruitment, selection & on-board and whole employees cycle to ensure sufficient and qualified employees at all time.
  • Prepare the HR Budget for input into the overall budget
  • Ensure that HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
  • Manage all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and administration.
  • Manage the HR operation based on a detailed and up-to-date understanding of local labour law.
  • Supervise and coordinate all matters of work permits and visas.
  • Liaise with the Training Manager to identify staff training and development needs, and support the implementation of the Automotive Training Plan to meet these needs.
  • Implement corporate policies, and put in place local policies & processes for salaries and benefits under advice of Group Compliance and Compensation Specialist   
  • Manage the communication of key messages, business strategy, and vision and values to all staff. 
  • Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives.
  • Ensure employee grievances, disciplinary procedures are monitored.
  • Lead the implementation of employee recognition schemes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
• 10 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in all aspects of HR is advantage
• Good at problem solving skills
• Be an HR Business Partner
• Good understanding of labor law
• Good writing & speaking in English and Khmer.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Good inter-personnel skill and good communication skill

• Able to work under pressure
