• Assist in posting job advertisements on job platforms and social media• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers• Support in conducting initial phone screening (if required)• Maintain and update candidate database (CV pool)• Assist in onboarding process (document collection, orientation support)• Support HR administrative tasks and documentation• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements
• Year 3–4 student or Fresh Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• Strong interest in HR, especially Recruitment• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Willing to learn and have a positive attitude• Good command of English and Khmer
