Job Description

  • Assess and identify organizational and talent development needs through regular annual review process, talent mapping and gathering feedback from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage talent development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
  • Partner with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
  • Curate leaning contents, facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars and development programs that are relevant to the industry trends and technologies by aligning with the business objectives.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other technology platforms used for training and development.
  • Review and recommend external training providers, and internal subject matter experts to deliver relevant and effective learning opportunities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics and adjusting as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement.
  • Track utilization of learning budget, maintain comprehensive records of talent development activities and conduct data analysis of learning feedback

Performance Management

  • Conduct regular performance reviews using performance management system and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Support managers in handling performance improvement plans and other performance-related issues.
  • Ensure that performance management processes are fair, transparent, and consistent across the organization.

Employee Engagement

  • Develop and propose innovative engagement programs/initiatives to enhance employee engagement, strengthen relationships, improve collaboration, maintaining a positive work environment and support employee’s well-being.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives based on the defined roadmap
  • Actively seek feedback and conduct regular employee engagement surveys to measure satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with internal communication focal to develop and disseminate employee-focused contents, such as newsletters, announcements, and success stories.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Graduate
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent development, performance management with past experience of involvement in employee engagement is a plus
