Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

A). Payment Operation:

  • Oversee day-to-day online payment processing, ensuring efficiency and security.
  • Monitor transaction performance, identifying and resolving payment failures.
  • Work with IT and compliance teams to ensure smooth integration of payment gateways.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, marketing, customer support) to improve payment-related services.
  • Provide training and support to frontline staff on online payment solutions.

 

B). Partner Coordination & Customer Support:

  • Manage relationships with Partners Online.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to online payments.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance user experience.

 

C). Business Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to increase online payment Revenue and transaction volumes.
  • Analyze payment trends and customer behavior to recommend enhancements.

 

D). Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure online payment processes comply with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Work with fraud prevention teams to minimize risks and enhance transaction security.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in any related field in Business
  • At least 03 years sale experience with local or international organizations
  • Having good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point.)
  • Ability to understand, speak and write in English.
