• Receiving and Consulting on document/shipment to the customers obey to
customs’ rules
• Checking details on the document (Invoices/ packing list/ BL/CO(certificate
of origin) or other Authorized Letters)
• Calculating Tax assumption/estimation and project to customers with
confirmation from customers
• Preparing all related documents for stamp that relate to customs processing,
clearance process and shipping line
• Register document (Evaluation or CO) to customs’ system with precisely and
accurately.
• Keep Following up with the process of customs and supporting document
until document successfully accomplishment
• Check all final document and alert to team for clearance process for the
customers
• Connecting to customs update and information

• 2 or 3 experiences in operations and warehouse physical flow is a plus
• Knowledge of Import/Export Procedures
• Good knowledge and usage of internet, email and Ms. Offices
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Be able to work with tie timeline and under pressure
• Good in figuring, reporting, both process and result oriented person
• Be a responsible, careful, detail & result oriented person
• Be flexible for working independently and in a group.
