Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1. End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for retail roles—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding—ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates across store and corporate functions.

2. Workforce Planning & Store Support

  • Collaborate with retail operations teams to forecast staffing needs based on seasonal trends, store openings, and business growth, ensuring optimal headcount and coverage.

3. Candidate Sourcing & Employer Branding

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, career fairs, and referral programs while promoting the company’s brand to attract top retail talent.

4. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze hiring data (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover rates) to improve recruitment efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

5. Compliance & Onboarding Excellence

  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and internal policies, while delivering a smooth, engaging onboarding experience that prepares new hires for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resouces, Management or Administration or equivalence. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in talent sourcing and hiring 
  • Experiences in retail business ,FMCG and Distribution is a plus advantage.
  • Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft office
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and Khmer.
