Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • To issue invoice, internal sale, contract, and warranty claim
  • To prepare daily, weekly, monthly report
  • To prepare cash refund report
  • To prepare request under and over$ 100(purchasing material, parts for sold out, repair, maintenance....)
  • To request and control on staff amenity and stationery
  • To follow up credit customer for time to settle payment and prepare summary bill every end of month
  • To control on material stock (order and sold out)
  • To control on tool and equipment usage
  • To prepare trip allowance (travel report)
  • To prepare service coupon contract for customer
  • To prepare standby schedule and annual leave plan
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate/ University degree in General Management/ other related fields
  • One year of professional experience is preferable
  • Good at English language (speaking, writing, and listening skills)
  • Good knowledge of communication
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and commitment
  • Understanding of computer skills (Ms. Word. Excel. and Power Point)
