Responsibilities and work assignments:

  • Deliver information to customer inquiries related to products & services, and others through multi-channels
  • Identify and solve customer complaints, or pass them to the related departments
  • Provide feedback to the customer after the problem is solved
  • Check and track all pending cases, make sure all are resolved
  • Recording all daily tasks, issues, complaints, and others in a daily working report
  • Other tasks assigned by the Team Lead, and Manager

Job Requirements

  • Under, or fresh graduates, in all fields are allowed
  • Experience is encouraged
  • Intellectual capacity: Can meet the timeline & Knowing Chinese is a plus
