*Operations• Oversee daily operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standards• Develop and enforce SOPs for front-of-house, kitchen, and inventory management• Monitor and manage food cost, labor cost, and wastage to meet monthly targets• Identify and resolve operational issues across outlets with urgency and ownership.*People & Team• Recruit, train, and develop outlet managers and frontline staff• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews• Build a positive, accountable team culture across all locations• Mentor outlet-level managers to develop operational independence.*Sales & Marketing• Plan and execute promotions, seasonal menus, and events in coordination with marketing• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to feedback promptly• Drive footfall and repeat visits through loyalty initiatives and community engagement• Identify partnership and B2B opportunities to grow corporate and event revenue.*Compliance & Standards• Ensure all outlets comply with food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements• Maintain equipment and premises to required standards• Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions where needed.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet or GM role• Strong financial acumen — comfortable reading and managing a P&L• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment• Experience managing diverse F&B concepts (café, casual dining, canteen) is an advantage• Good command of English; Khmer proficiency preferred• Hands-on, operationally present leadership style — not a desk-only manager
