Job Summary
Join a growing real estate development company and take charge of HR operations, payroll, and office administration. This role supports smooth people processes, compliance, and day-to-day workplace efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, and employee benefits accurately and on time.
● Ensure payroll compliance with labor law, tax rules, and company policies.
● Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
● Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support on HR matters.
● Supervise office administration, facilities, supplies, and company assets.
● Coordinate vendors, meetings, and internal company activities.
● Prepare HR, payroll, and operational reports for management review.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
● At least 3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll and C&B.
● Good knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
● Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
