Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Provided support of payroll account registration according to business partner and stakeholder requested.
  • To pack payroll account plus supporting materials for payroll training team/direct delivery to business partners in timeframe.
  • To check and verify customer identity’s ID to ensure KYC is complied with NBC requirements before registering and inputting into system.
  • To tracking/ keeping record/reconcile in monthly of account registration, update profile’s account upon requested.
  • Rename soft copy ID to wing account number and modify KYC to ensure soft copy ID and system are consistent information.
  • Providing daily support to binding accounts, upgrade/downgrade,
  • remove/add promote code and change class of service of payroll wing accounts.
  • To solving problems/ answer inquiries including telephone calls related to payroll account block, mobile binding, and other information both internal & external.
  • Assist Ah hoc project and other requested from line manager to accomplish objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields
  • 1-2 Years’ experience in back office, support officer
  • Good relationship
  • Fain in English both verbal communication & writing
  • Willing to get new things
  • Computer skill in Ms officer ( Excel, words, email & internet)
