Project Sales Manager at One of the Most Successful Construction Supply Companies in Phnom Penh.

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth and meet sales targets
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders including developers, contractors, consultants, and architects
  • Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and effective marketing execution
  • Drive new business opportunities and oversee pricing strategy, sales promotions, and customer engagement

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales & marketing, preferably with a background in power tool
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
