• Handle recruitment in functions of Labor Skill
• Support in candidate souring and job ads
• Support supervisors in gathering new employee supporting document
• Prepare and update job descriptions (JDs) in Google Sheets
• Prepare job offers, collect employee documents, and follow up as necessary
• Update records related to recruitment, candidate record, and disciplinary
• Support to do employee Leave & Attendance
• Assist the line manager in preparing reports related to leave, attendance, separations, offer letters, and other
documents for payroll processing
• Keep informing employee when system is not working and solve any problem for employee occur in system
• Create HR System account for new employees
• Support some part of Onboard & Offboard
• Assist in training sessions and workshops for employees
• Perform various administrative tasks and paperwork as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field.
• 1 year of experience in HR function.
• Good at English for Communication
• Team and goal-orientated; good attitude and inter-personal skills
• Willingness to learn and adaptable
• Strong Be creative, initiative and good at multitasking.
