  1. Senior Business and Quality Assurance Officer: 01 Post (Phnom Penh)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks associated with business process.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance.
  • Conduct regular business assurance checks of business operations and service quality to ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present the reports and findings to stakeholders and management.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Design and implement internal controls to prevent and detect errors, fraud, and non-compliance. Monitor the effectiveness of controls and adjust as needed. 
  • Work closely with various departments to provide guidance on best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies.  
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters, risk management practices, and internal control procedures. 
  • Coordinate business support projects as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
    • At least 3 years of experience in business assurance, internal auditing, or a related field and knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. 
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 
    • Strong ethical standards and integrity in professional conduct.
