Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Analyze material requirements and prepare accurate production and purchase plans.
  • Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure availability of raw materials, components, and packaging.
  • Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain safety stocks and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Implement effective inventory control strategies to reduce excess and obsolete materials.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customers and optimize logistics cost.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, purchasing status, production planning, and logistics indicators.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and/or trading.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Advance Excel or systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
