Coordinate sales tasks by managing schedules, maintaining files, and communicating relevant information to stakeholders.
Coordinate sales-related activities within the assigned WBG as needed.
Monitor the sales progress and pipeline of assigned Business Units (BUs); identify gaps or delays and report them to the supervisor.
Prepare and generate monthly sales reports for assigned BUs.
Assist in preparing and following up on agreed sales plans for each BU.
Deliver presentations on behalf of your IS as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Good command of English, including reading, writing, and written translation
Proficient in email communication, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of other software is a plus
Minimum of two years of experience in sales and marketing or business development
Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
Good knowledge of sales or business administrative processes
Well-organized and responsible, with strong problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
