  • Maintain SOPs and ensure accurate asset reconciliation and reporting
  • Supervise inventory operations and asset disposals
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Manage IT and non-IT storage facilities and access control
  • Oversee ATM installation, removal, and relocation
  • Support audits and insurance coverage for assets
  • Lead staff and conduct onsite visits
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve asset-related issues
  • Monitor asset lifecycle
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar industry in supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of asset categorization/classification in asset management; accounting knowledge
  • Independent decision-making, proactive and ability to solve problems
  • Understanding of customer service principles and complex operational scenarios
  • Critical thinking and analytical to effectively manage the use of bank assets
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
