- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing field
- Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing
- Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate in Khmer and Chinese or Khmer and English is an
advantage
- MS Office and Other related software preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure preferred
- Be a team leader, able to inspire and mentor junior staff
