  • Prepare, submit, and track all applications for corporate registrations, construction permit, factory establishment licenses, environmental approvals, and product registrations.
  • coordinate property-related legalities, including land title conversions (e.g., soft to hard titles), zoning compliance, and boundary verifications.
  • Facilitate corporate tax registration, import/export customs clearance permits, and ongoing compliance submissions with tax authorities.
  • Advise project leaders or clients on the specific documentary evidence, timelines, and financial costs required for various licenses.
  • Regular updates information and monitor changes in local commercial laws, tax structures, and investment incentives.

Bachelor’s degree

Field of Study

Business Administration, Law  or a related field.

Experience

1+ years of direct experience handling corporate licensing, government relations, or investment facilitation.

Language

Native/fluent proficiency in the primary local language, fluent in English and good communication Thai language

Key Skills & Knowledge

Exceptional communication & negotiation, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office or related fields
