Job Summary
Lead sales growth and client relationships for a government-affiliated logistics environment in Phnom Penh. Drive business development, manage key accounts, and support revenue targets while ensuring professional service standards.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
● Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
● Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
● Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth service and timely follow-up.
● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
● Support negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions with clients.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategy.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
● Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or services.
● Proven track record in meeting targets and growing client portfolios.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and manage priorities well.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
● Professional, proactive, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
● Experience in a manager-level role is an advantage.
