 Leading and managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations.

 Setting sales targets for the team and ensuring they are met or exceeded through effective planning and execution.

 Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

 Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights into performance and future strategies.

 Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

 Conducting training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

 Managing the sales budget for the area, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring expenditures.

 Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales representatives and tracking their performance regularly.

 Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and at industry events to promote products and services.

 Engaging in negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.

 Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings and develop industry connections.

 Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.

 Keeping an eye on competitors' activities and strategies to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
