Key Responsibilities
•    Handle all customer payments for vespa sales, accessories, and services.
•    Issue official receipts and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
•    Verify payment methods (cash, bank transfer, credit card, etc.) and ensure correct processing.
•    Ensure daily reconciliation of cash, receipts, and Bank.
•    Greet and assist customers during the payment process.
•    Explain payment details, product pricing, promotions.
•    Coordinate with Sales Consultants to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
•    Ensure all sales-related documents (invoice, delivery note, sale order forms) are complete and properly filed.
•    Coordinate with the Finance team on any discrepancies or payment issues.
•    Follow company policies related to cash handling and financial reporting.
•    Safeguard company assets by maintaining strict control over cash drawers and documents.
•    Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Admin teams to ensure accurate information flow.

•    Ensuring accuracy when handling large-value transactions
•    Detecting fake currency or fraudulent payment slips
•    Managing high customer volume during peak sales periods
•    Coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams effectively
•    Maintaining complete and accurate sales documentation
•    Handling customer questions or complaints professionally
•    Following strict internal controls and approval procedures
•    Staying accurate and calm under pressure and tight timelines
