An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Order Processing: Receiving, verifying, and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy of details, and issuing invoices and contracts.
  • Customer Service: Acting as a primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information, and resolving order-related issues or complaints.
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer records, sales data, and contact information within the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) and other databases.
  • Coordination & Logistics: Liaising with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to track inventory levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing presentations, and processing paperwork.
  • Other task assigned by management.
  • Job Requiremet 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in the same industry (e.g., Automotive & Microfinance) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel and Word skills.
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping abilities with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
