A Good Opportunity for ..

Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to understand and fulfill customer-specific requirements related to ISP services and solutions.
Perform day-to-day sales activities, including proactive customer outreach, prospecting, site visits, and preparation of sales quotations.
Promote and increase SINET brand awareness through sales activities, customer engagement, and market presence.
Collect market intelligence, including customer needs, competitor activities, pricing, and service offerings, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Coordinate with Technical Support and relevant internal teams to follow up on customer issues, complaints, and service-related inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales performance, and market feedback.
Perform other tasks and assignments as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Good communication skills in Khmer and Chinese.
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in ISP, telecommunications, or technology-related industries.
Willing to conduct field sales activities, gather customer information, meet prospects, and close sales deals.
Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel to provincial areas as required for sales activities.
