2. Work on labour compliance (NSSF, Pension Fund, Seniority Pay, LACMS,...etc)
3. Support on the recruitment process and coordinate employee training programs and professional development to enhance skills
4. Monitor daily administration operations, employees’ profile, onboarding, staff probation, and employee separation
5. Work with HR-Admin at site on employee relations and policy implementation
6. Implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and daily operations.
7. Prepare Monthly Reports:
- Record HR Planning activities
- Monthly payroll expenses.
- Monthly employee headcount.
- Monthly payroll calculation issues.
