1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities for corporate clients2. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners.4. Negotiate property prices and terms of sale with clients.5. Handle contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation related to property transactions.6. Assist in the development of sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales7. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth9. Prepare sales reports and market analysis summaries for management review.
