Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Application Manager to lead business application support, enhancements, and system reliability for a growing automotive company in Phnom Penh. This role works closely with internal teams and vendors to improve performance, resolve issues, and support digital operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage and support enterprise applications to ensure stability, availability, and smooth daily operations.
● Coordinate enhancements, fixes, and releases with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
● Analyze user issues, identify root causes, and drive timely resolution with clear follow-up.
● Monitor application performance, security, and compliance to maintain reliable service delivery.
● Gather business needs and translate them into functional requirements and solution improvements.
● Prepare documentation, reports, and user guidance to support effective system usage.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in application support, software management, or IT operations.
● Strong understanding of business applications, troubleshooting, and release coordination.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to analyze issues, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
● Experience with automotive or enterprise business systems is an advantage.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
● Proficiency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
