Summary: • Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers• Gather preliminary information and direct customers to the appropriate staff• Ensure a customer service operaion is smooth, organized customer experience• Assist estimators, CSRs, and administrative staff during busy times• Maintain reception and lobby cleanliness and customer comfort.Customer Interaction & Hospitality• Greet customers immediately upon arrival• Offer water, seating, coffee, drinks, snacks to comfort while they wait• Notify the appropriate team member (Service Advisor or Estimator)• Direct guidance customers to the waiting area, restroom (if necessary)Administrative Support• Maintain lobby organization and ensure visible signage is accurate.• Offer support during high-volume times.

1.Knowledge:A. Basic Shop WorkflowB. Customer Communication StandardsC. Safety & Facility Awareness
2. Skills:A. Customer Service & Soft SkillB. CommunicationC. Organizational
3. Experience: 2 years customer service, receptionist, hospitality/Hotel front-desk is highly preferable.
4. Automotive experience is not required, but helpful.
