Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Oversee and monitor clients' and DKSH's profit and loss to achieve sales targets and ensure best benefit from contract management
  • Develop sales strategies for assigned businesses/territories. Contribute to sales strategies for individual products in consultation with the Client Management team
  • Assign geographical sales territories and establish budgets. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to manage geographical territories' performance
  • Lead the development and implementation of short- and long-term sales plans. Oversee sales activities and initiate and cascade new/improved strategies and plans based on changing markets and trends
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiation activities to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins
  • Lead new/enhanced product solutions to best address customer needs based on product gap analysis
  • Oversee sales forecasting and reporting processes/activities. Contribute to customer base expansion strategies based on effectiveness of sales strategies/plans
  • Oversee the development and implementation of continuous improvements on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, CRP etc. Monitor department accounts receivable days closely and oversee collection trends
  • Lead and guide resolution of complex customer issues
  • Develop and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve business objectives
  • Cooperate with clients and internal stakeholders ensure end to end sales and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in anticipating client needs, defining and leveraging cross-product/industry business opportunities
  • Anticipate clients' needs and actively seek opportunities for new 4PL business from new or existing clients; take accountability for contract renegotiation
  • Oversee and monitor clients' KPIs and profitability with respect to service levels in order to drive contract management
  • Lead the multi cross function business.

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned territories/products/services and an existing network of contacts
  • Demonstrate advanced negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
