Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Take care schedule of all Chief Officer under commercial banking by supporting, organizing and following up on internal and external to ensure all appointments are organized efficiently and any conflicts are resolved promptly
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences to ensure all logistical details are managed effectively 
  • Coordinate Commercial Team key presentations by playing an active role in the commercial team strategy development and execution of key presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, managing logistical details for meetings and events, and organizing office functions
  • Provide support on various projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Attend internal team meetings and accurately record the minutes (Monthly Meeting)
  • Ensure that the minutes are distributed to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and follow up on any actions from them
  • Assist DCEO for all claims of business trip, business claim, insurance, home allowance, home allocation, VISA extension, flight, request/claim in systems
  • Assist all claims on Business Trip of all Chief Officer under commercial banking
  • Travel arrangement, accommodation, and transportation for executives and other departments’ external engagements as needed
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters • Be able to travel to provinces/branch visit

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administrator, Business, Accounting, Economics, Management, or relevant working experience in these areas
  • At least 2 years’ experience of personal assistant, secretariat or related experience
  • Knowledge in advance of using Computer and other systems
  • Ability to manage multi-task and strong organizational skills are essential
  • Good Communication skill and strong team player
  • Good in verbal and written English
