Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Supporting the Legal Manager by drafting, review, and negotiate various agreements (vendor, service, licensing etc.);
Monitor adherence to telecom laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory changes, assisting with permits;
Provide advice to business units on legal issues, risks, and strategic planning;
Assist in managing lawsuits, court cases, and legal correspondence;
Maintain legal records, update templates, and contribute to policy development;
Work with internal teams (business, compliance) and external counsel/authorities;
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law, Public Relation or related fields.
At least 6 years’ experience in law, public relation or related fields, and experiencing in telecommunication background is preferred.
Excellent command English and Chinese is a plus.
Strong proficiency in legal drafting and the ability to negotiate complex terms with third parties.
Understanding of telecom regulations, data privacy laws, and corporate governance is advantaged.
Ability to identify legal risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Proficiency with standard software (Microsoft Office Suite) and other related applications.
