Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of card products (credit, debit, prepaid), ensuring competitiveness, innovation, and customer relevance.
  • Support the enhancement of other digital products, including mobile banking, internet banking, and payment gateways, ensuring integrated service offerings across digital channels.
  • Contribute to digital growth strategies by identifying new product opportunities, enhancing user experiences, and supporting go-to-market initiatives across key digital platforms.
  • Analyze product performance data, user behaviors, and transaction trends to develop insights and propose improvements across card and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technology, marketing, operations, risk, and compliance) to deliver product initiatives in line with digital growth objectives.
  • Work with external partners (Visa, Mastercard, fintech providers, and merchants) to expand value propositions, integrate new services, and drive card and digital platform usage.
  • Monitor and report on product KPIs, including customer adoption, transaction volumes, engagement metrics, and revenue contribution across assigned products.
  • Ensure that all digital product initiatives comply with regulatory standards, risk policies, and best practice frameworks.
  • Provide support in planning and executing digital innovation projects, including new feature launches and strategic partner integrations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Digital Products and Strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management roles within banking, fintech, or digital platforms.  
  • Strong knowledge of card products, mobile and internet banking platforms, payment gateways, and digital financial ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to manage product growth initiatives and cross-product integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communicator with experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital product management tools, and data analysis platforms.
