Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee and manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocations to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and activities, based on clients' business strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Oversee the business integration process for new clients to ensure alignment to all relevant functions and smooth integration
  • Identify, develop and execute new marketing opportunities to accelerate overall awareness of brands and unique selling propositions
  • Manage and monitor annual marketing budgeting process, including advertising and promotion budget, and ensure all marketing activities are within the allocated advertising and promotion budget
  • Recommend/enhance marketing plans and activities based on clients' changing business strategies and market situation
  • Conduct performance review meetings with clients on the implementation/progress of marketing strategies and plans
  • Manage and monitor return on investment for marketing initiatives in achieving sales goals, evaluating effectiveness and creating next steps and action plans
  • Cooperate with clients and other external third parties for marketing activities
  • New Business development (Clients & Products)
  • Oversee and monitor clients' and DKSH's profit and loss to achieve sales targets and ensure best benefit from contract management
  • Anticipate clients' needs and actively seek opportunities for new business of existing clients; take accountability for contract renegotiation
  • Partner with internal DKSH departments and Business Units to ensure alignment of clients' business plans and effective implementation of business plans
  • Lead the multi cross function business.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
