An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Human Resources:

  • Recruitment & Selection: Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Handle grievances, maintain positive work environment, and resolve conflicts.
  • Performance Management: Support appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
  • Training & Development: Organize training programs and maintain skill development plans.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Provide support to accounting team for payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to Cambodian labor laws and company policies.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.

Admin task:

  • Office management and procurement of supplies.
  • Document control and filing systems.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Organize company events and welfare activities.
  • Manage facilities and maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration
  • Language: Good at English communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR/administrative software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
