Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

•Inspect the office environment, including the large and small meeting rooms, and ensure the ABA machine is functioning properly.
•Reserve and prepare meeting rooms in advance for the management team, ensuring all necessary materials are in place.
•Arrange and serve refreshments, including tea, for scheduled management meetings.

•Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents accurately and on time.
•Welcome and assist customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
•Prepare, review, and issue receipts related to billing and ensure all payment details are correctly recorded.

•Assist the Call Center team by:
-Sending invoices to customers.
-Making follow-up calls as needed.
•Conduct call check-ins and follow-up with customers regarding service renewals and updates.

•Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or management team, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to daily priorities.

Job Requirements

• University Degree or higher in Human Resources Development or any related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Administration and HR management.
• Good attitude and pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good networking and recruitment
• Good knowledge in Cambodian Labor Law and compliance
• Experience in preparing staff payroll
• Experience in developing internal HR policy and strategy.
• Detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize tasks.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible
• Good command in English and Computer literacy.
