• Schedule Management: Plan, organize, and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time efficiency.

• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

• Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.

• Task Prioritization: Monitor deadlines, manage personal errands, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Event Coordination: Plan and oversee events, meetings, and gatherings, including handling logistics, venues, and catering.

• Liaison Duties: Act as a point of contact for communication between the manager and internal or external stakeholders.

• Record Management: Maintain organized files and ensure sensitive information is handled with utmost confidentiality.

• Research and Assistance: Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making or project needs.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
