  • Contribute to overall branch profitability, achieving and seeking to outperform against targets.
  • Deepen customer relationships and actively seek opportunities to make appropriate customer referrals.
  • Take responsibility for delivering high quality customer interactions, take ownership of customer problems, and strive to delight every customer.
  • Maintain current knowledge of J Trust Royal's banking offerings, including products, services and ways of banking and be flexible across these to fully meet customer needs.
  • Apply sound judgement to priorities complex sales processing, assessing problems and making decisions.
  • Understand and adhere to governance policies, processes and standards, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Identify risk and security issues within processes and determine remediation plans.
