  • Supervise and schedule field technician teams.
  • Ensure timely completion of installations, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with logistics, planning, and QA teams.
  • Monitor team performance, task quality, and safety compliance.
  • Resolve field-level escalations and customer issues.

Scope of Work:

  • Regional oversight of field operations.
  • Operational support for troubleshooting and escalations.
  • Inventory tracking and equipment distribution.
  • Regional reporting and daily task management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of field operations or team management experience.
  • Hands-on experience in fiber deployment and fault resolution.
  •  Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
