Job Description

  • Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectation
  • Conduct frequent communication with customers by phone call, mail, and direct visit in order to build a strong relationship
  • Ensure minimum company sales target with high commitment
  • Update customer profiles in the company database system
  • Ensure display in showroom is clean and create new ideas of showroom decoration when on showroom standby duty
  • Timely and accurately produce daily report to supervisor
  • Understand and update competitors' movement and propose any new ideas to gain sales
  • Join event, roadshow, or other idea to increase number of new prospector
  • Support colleagues as when necessary
  • Create your own digital's content to got more customers inquiry (leads)
  • Participate in all sales-related trainings and most of other assigned training by receiving at least average result
  • Provide customer high satisfaction through SSl evaluation and always do your best support solving customer problems if any
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Management/Marketing or related fields
  • At least 1 year experience in sales or fresh graduated student
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh, and service oriented
  • Knowledge of computer. Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Having a valid driving license is a plus
