JACCS MICROFINANCE (CAMBODIA) PLC. is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the Finance team at Head Office. The role is responsible for preparing budgets and forecasts, managing cash flow and bank relationships, and providing timely financial reports and analysis to support management decisions and business performance. This role reports to Japanese Management.

📍 Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh 🕒 Working Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance team at Head Office
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, and monitor actual performance against approved budget.
• Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations and maintain strong relationships with banks.
• Coordinate fund borrowing and financing arrangements with banks to optimize funding structure and minimize financing costs.
• Provide timely financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support management decisions and business performance improvement.
• Prepare, analyze, and present ad hoc financial reports and analyses to support strategic initiatives and management requests.

• Bachelor /Master ’s degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA is an advantage
• Tax Law certificate is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and a very good understanding of Cambodian Tax Law and tax regulations
• At least 7 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance with at least 3 years in management role
• Experience in banking/microfinance and core banking system (T24 is a strong advantage)
• Computer literate in Advance Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
