JACCS MICROFINANCE (CAMBODIA) PLC. is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department and act as the main Finance focal person for T24 Core Banking. The role is responsible for overall finance operations, financial and regulatory reporting, budgeting and cashflow management, and ensuring T24 GL setup, product mapping, reconciliations and finance reports are accurate and compliant with NBC, Tax and JACCS Group requirements. This role reports to Japanese Management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting team at Head Office
• Oversee T24 Core Banking including GL structure, mapping, reports & internal controls
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of both monthly financial statements and annual audited financial statements in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning and banking relationships
• Ensure compliance with NBC, Tax, and other relevant regulations and group policies
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions
• Oversee Accounting systems including Authorize transactions and handle on i-banking system
• Prepare and analyze Ad hoc reports to support strategic decision-making

• Bachelor /Master ’s degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA is an advantage
• Tax Law certificate is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and a very good understanding of Cambodian Tax Law and tax regulations
• At least 8–10 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance with at least 4 years in management role
• Experience in banking/microfinance and core banking system (T24 is a strong advantage)
• Computer literate in Advance Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
