  • Support end-to-end digital product design process from research, ideation, wireframes, and prototypes to final UI design
  • Translate business goals and user needs into effective design solutions
  • Analyze research findings and translate insights into actionable design strategies
  • Design web and responsive interfaces with a strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and accessibility
  • Be able to develop a comprehensive design system and master components with flexible usage to support scalable and consistent design implementation
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging tools or technologies

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design or related roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrates a solid understanding of user experience principles and polished visual design
  • Able to deliver effective, result-driven design solutions
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform UI patterns
  • Experience working in agile or collaborative product development environments
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to demonstrate strong understanding and sound decision-making skills
  • Experience with design systems, prototyping tools, or motion design
  • Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS basics or component-based systems)
  • Exposure to data-driven design or A/B testing
