Job Summary
An experienced finance professional to support financial planning, reporting, compliance, and internal controls for a growing manufacturing business in Phnom Penh. This role ensures accurate records, timely tax filings, and strong financial performance while supporting audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports to support sound business decisions.
● Monitor month-end close activities, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
● Track KPIs, financial metrics, and ROI to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
● Manage tax reporting, annual tax return preparation, and compliance with local accounting and tax laws.
● Support internal and tax audits, ensuring timely responses, documentation, and full regulatory compliance.
● Review procurement processes and internal controls to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
● Advise on QIP and Non-QIP sales and expense allocation in line with business license requirements.
● Provide guidance and training to staff on accounting processes, controls, and financial procedures.
● Assist in setting financial targets, managing risks, and supporting long-term planning objectives.
● Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager to support departmental goals.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA/CPA qualification is preferred.
● 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
● Experience in manufacturing or paint-related industries is highly preferred.
● Strong knowledge of Cambodian taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
● Understanding of QIP and Non-QIP tax treatment, reporting, and allocation principles.
● Proven ability to prepare accurate reports, manage deadlines, and complete month-end close activities.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, and ROI opportunities.
● Ability to train staff and explain complex financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
● Excellent organization, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work under pressure.
● Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of how finance supports business growth and objectives.
