  • Supporting the Legal Manager by drafting, review, and negotiate various agreements (vendor, service, licensing etc.);
  • Monitor adherence to telecom laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory changes, assisting with permits;
  • Provide advice to business units on legal issues, risks, and strategic planning;
  • Assist in managing lawsuits, court cases, and legal correspondence;
  • Maintain legal records, update templates, and contribute to policy development;
  • Work with internal teams (business, compliance) and external counsel/authorities;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Male/Female

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law, Public Relation or related fields.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in law, public relation or related fields, and experiencing in telecommunication background is preferred.
  • Excellent command English and Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in legal drafting and the ability to negotiate complex terms with third parties.
  • Understanding of telecom regulations, data privacy laws, and corporate governance is advantaged.
  • Ability to identify legal risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency with standard software (Microsoft Office Suite) and other related applications.
