1. Laboratory Operations:
- Collect water samples.
- Prepare culture media.
- Identify bacteria by bacterial systematics.
- Search for or enumerate the microorganisms present.
- Determine physio-chemical constants. Quantify elements by chemical methods.
- Perform analysis on mineral water from the well to the finished product, bottled water.
- Make good usage of the laboratory equipment, participate in its maintenance, cleaning, and
control.
- Calculate results from raw results in the required unit.
2. Quality Management:
- Plan and assign tasks to executive laboratory.
- Provide technical training on protocols and laboratory devices for the laboratory team.
- Supervise and collect production data on finished products (quality controls carried out
online regarding bottle shape, filling, possible labeling, or cap defects).
- Plan the quantities of products, reagents and consumables needed, identify, and prepare
purchasing orders.
- Be able to replace the laboratory staff if necessary.
- Always follow HACCP standards and policies.
- Make sure the laboratory team and themselves wear personal protective equipment such
as a lab coat, gloves, and glasses.
- Strictly respect the rules of hygiene, safety, environment, sustainable development, and
quality assurance.
3. Reporting and Compliance:
- Attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.
- Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organization and as directed.
4. Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Supply Chain or Management Team from
time to time.
